• All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. We no longer bill half at check in, the total cost of the stay is billed when the reservation is made. 

When a reservation is made the full balance is charged.  If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the stay it is refunded in full, if less than 30 days notice half of the stay amount will be refunded. No refunds are given if less than five days notice before the stay and there is a cancellation.
